CranioSacral Study Groups

Study groups give you an opportunity to sharpen your skills and deepen your understanding of CranioSacral Therapy while networking with other local CST therapists. Prior attendance at the appropriate-level class is required.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

  • Review the anatomy and physiology of the craniosacral system

  • Explore the relationship between the craniosacral system and illness, pain and dysfunction

  • Practice performing the 10-Step Protocol

  • Practice mouth work and sphenoid releases

  • Effectively release fascial restrictions

  • Deepen your knowledge about cranial nerves and neuroanatomy related to the craniosacral system

  • Better understand the immune system and how to use CST for addressing immune dysfunction

  • Explore the concepts and practice working with energy cysts, facilitated segments, and SomatoEmotional Release

  • Gain confidence and strengthen your skills in using therapeutic imagery and dialoging to support a client's emotional release process

My online study groups utilize the Zoom meeting platform. Be sure you have downloaded the Zoom application prior to your first online study group.

Because space is limited in the in-person study groups, prepayment is required to hold your spot.
