How often should I come in?

It depends on why you are coming in. Most clients begin to feel changes within one to three sessions. Additional sessions may be required depending on the severity of the problem. For chronic disorders, ongoing weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly treatments might be in order to maintain a comfortable lifestyle or keep the condition from getting worse.



  • Regular session  $160 (60 minutes)

  • Full session  $200 (75 minutes)

  • Extended session  $240 (90 minutes)


  • Regular session for infants & children  $160 (60 minutes)


  • Cash, Zelle, and Venmo are preferred payment methods.

  • Fees above reflect "cash, Zelle and Venmo" rates.

  • Credit card rate = slightly higher



Regrettably, I am not able to offer outcalls to private homes at this time.

Booking your appointment

  • Call or email me with the date and time you'd like the appointment.

  • I will usually get back to you within one business day.

  • Once booked, I will email you directions plus a health history form to fill out and bring with you (or you can download the form here).


Cancellation policy

  • Please provide 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, late arrivals, and no-shows will be responsible for the cost of the full session.

  • If you are sick with a fever, cough, sneezing, or shortness of breath, please do not come in. Stay home and get well, or seek appropriate medical attention. Please text or call me as soon as you can to cancel your appointment. There is no charge if you cancel due to illness as long as you let me know at least the night before or the morning of your appointment.

  • If you exhibit other symptoms related to an ongoing condition you have, then I do encourage you to come in and continue getting CST for that condition. 


I don't do any health insurance billing, but I can provide receipts that you can turn in for reimbursement if your policy covers these treatments.

  • Workman's Comp/Accident Claims -- You will pay me directly, then I will provide receipts that you can turn in for reimbursement.

  • Flexible Spending Plans -- Most flex spending plans will cover my services. You will pay me directly, then I will provide receipts that you can turn in for reimbursement.


Gift certificates

Gift certificates are available for any of my services.
