To accomplish that, you'll learn how to palpate inflammation and communicate with different cell types to help improve their performance -- especially when invading microorganisms gain a foothold. Class material covers: Primary and secondary lymphoid organs Innate immune system and its cell groups Adaptive immune system, including B- and T-cells Detailed look at when things go wrong leading to autoimmune disorders, allergic reactions, chronic inflammation, cancer, infection, and more.
