My treatments encompass integration of body, mind, and spirit to help clients recognize and reconnect to inner resources necessary for deep healing at a core level.
My practice focuses on infants and children, adults of all ages, pregnant moms, and the elderly. I often work with clients who are experiencing chronic, debilitating disorders; those going through life transitions; and infants and children with developmental delays.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle and profoundly moving form of bodywork that is known to help regulate the central nervous system for body-mind-spirit balancing.
I offer CranioSacral Therapy for newborns, infants, and kids of all ages to address general well-being in addition to growth and developmental challenges.
Pregnancy is a time of incredible change, introducing new feelings -- both physical and emotional -- into your body. CST supports your body-mind-spirit as it transitions from conception to birth.
Lymphatic fluid circulates specialized cells in your body to support a strong immune system.
Lymph drainage manually activates fluid circulation to detox and maintain physiological well-being.
Attention COVID Long-Haulers
My practice is open to those suffering the long-term effects of a previous Covid-19 infection. "Long-haulers," as they are called, continue to experience ongoing after-effects of the viral infection long after the body has eliminated the virus and Covid tests come back negative. Symptoms often include headaches and body aches, brain fog and cognitive disturbances, respiratory issues and trouble breathing, fatigue, loss of taste and smell, and more. Because of the significant impact CranioSacral Therapy can have on the central nervous system and immune system, Covid long-haulers are ideal candidates for this modality to assist in the road to recovery.
